At Phyxit Physio, we love being involved in the local sporting community, and this year was no exception! A huge thank you to Emmett, Lisa, and Jayden for leading Bulli JFC through an incredibly productive pre-season.

Our team worked closely with the players, focusing on key areas to enhance performance and prevent injuries, including:
