AXIT Testing

AXIT Testing for @wiaqteam with our awesome Macquarie Uni Student! 😍

We’ve loved heading out to Wests Illawarra’s home base at UOW to conduct AXIT Testing, which is a form of swim screening for the senior squad.

AXIT Testing is an engaging, efficient and accurate way to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a person, by conducting a variety of movements using force plates and objects.
