Referrals and Billing

All private patients can access our services without a medical referral. If a referral has been provided please ensure this is given to your physio so as to facilitate continuity of your care.

Clients who feel they are eligible for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) or Workers Compensation (WC) cover – need to bring a referral with them. Your physio will need a referral and your claim details however so that they can fill out all appropriate paperwork to facilitate your ongoing treatment.

At this time all our Physiotherapists except Cat Croghan are able to see Work Cover Clients. Please feel free to book your appointment online with one of our other therapists.
